Mary Grace is a New York–based pastry chef whose desserts walk the line between art and nostalgia. A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, she spent nearly a decade refining her skills in some of the city's most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants — Gabriel Kreuther, Jungsik, and James Kent's Saga among them.

Her work reflects both discipline and delight: precision in every line of tempered chocolate, whimsy in every swirl of ice cream, and joy in every finishing sprinkle of sugar.
